
Now that Wesley is going to turn one next month, I have no excuse to still be trying to lose the "baby weight". Luckily the weather has decided to turn warmer so I can exercise outside. I am also lucky because there is a great group of women in my neighborhood that want to get out and exercise as well so, we go out at night and run/walk. Well, I have decided to take it a step further (with some coaxing from someone . . . you know who you are) to run a 10K in about a month. I am in week 3 of my training schedule and have to say that it is going better than I thought.
That certain someone seems to wield some crazy powers, because "I think" she has convinced me to run the Provo River half marathon in August. I did print out the registration form . . . I just have to mail it in. What have I gotten myself into??? I'm sure you will hear back soon about this part of my life.

Very cool Cherly. I am glad you have a friend to motivate you to run. I think my only motivation to run would be the fact that someone is chasing me. Even then I would have to contemplate if running would be worth it...
